Marlise Stauffer is a member of the group executive board of MAGNALIA and responsible for the Skillpool® with its 2’500 qualified senior managers. In addition, she is an active client service director. In the past, she was partner at Grass & Partner, the leading Swiss outplacement consultancy. Prior, Marlise started her sales and management career with Swissair and continued with Swiss Airlines until the merger with Lufthansa. Then, she was sales manager at Global Blue, a provider of tax reimbursement services. She holds an executive diploma of the University of St. Gallen.

Beda Elmiger, member of the executive board, is responsible for customer service in the Zurich and Eastern Switzerland region. He has many years of international industrial experience. In his professional career, he gained extensive experience as managing director in the areas of business and organizational development as well as sales and marketing. Silvie Fleischmann, member of the Executive Board, is responsible for customer service in the Midland region as well as in Southern Germany. In addition, she is responsible for the Customer Relationship Management of the Group. Since 2003, she was successful with management consulting & coaching as well as with management on demand with focus on international marketing & sales. Furthermore, she is very experienced in contracting interim and project management as well as in executive search mandates. She started her management and leadership career in international software houses, e.g. debis Sysetmhaus in Germany.

Esther Kuhn is the managing partner of GroNova and a member of the group executive board of MAGNALIA. In addition, she is an active client service director. In the past 10 years, she was an independent executive search provider and interim manager. Before that she had various senior management positions at Unilever, Mars, Hewlett Packard and ALSO. She has a degree in business administration and marketing.

Claudia Pfenniger is dedicated to the Business Development and Sales Management. In the past, she was Management Consultant in the banking sector. In addition, she was active in executive education programs. She holds two degrees from Universities in Switzerland and USA.

Dr. Beat Birkenmeier, Partner, has advised industrial and services companies on matters pertaining to innovation management for about 20 years. His focus areas are tapping growth potential, strengthening innovative power and shaping operational and organizational structures. He founded a spin-off company of ETH Zürich, of which he has been the managing director for many years, and also works as a lecturer at numerous Swiss institutions of higher education.
